CEFA-C-PB-LP series are CW Erbium doped fiber amplifiers designed for single channel amplification. These C-band fiber amplifiers deliver up to 23 dBm of saturated output power. All output powers of this family are available in 1U benchtop with SNMP protocol for distance monitoring.

CW erbium doped fiber amplifiers are tools for microwave optics, scientific research applications… The well-known design and the proven integrated components provide high quality and high reliability to the CEFA-C-PB-LP family.

The CEFA-C-PB-LP amplifiers series provide amplification for single channel and low power signal in the C-band. Moreover, they come with maintaining polarization option. By default a photodiode is integrated, this allows to monitor the fiber amplifier with output power. The middle stage access option permits to trigger an experiment or to add a filter for example.

They also deliver an output power of 23 dBm in a 1U new benchtop: B130.

B130 integrates new electronic boards developed by Lumibird. The device a 1U high which allows an easy integration in standard 19” rack. The front panel is simple and ergonomic to use. It offers RJ45 interface, to control and drive the unit directly for customers internal network.

A compact OEM module is also available for an easy integration into complex optoelectronic systems. Rugged and robust it can work under vibration and shocks.

CEFA-C-PB-LP are easy to install and use, however, if needed Lumibird provides a free support. It requires no maintenance even if used 24h over 24.
