A general shareholders meeting approves the business combination between Keopsys and Quantel Groups. A new European champion for lasers is born with more than 80€ million of revenues and more than 400 people. The new Group has facilities in France, in the US, and in Japan.

Marc Le Flohic stated: “I would like to thank the shareholders for their support for this business combination. The new Group is proposing right now a complete range of lasers: from continuous and pulsed fiber lasers and amplifiers to modular and powerful of bulk lasers. Then the Group can address all type of markets from Scientific research to industrial customers with mass production needs.
More than 400 employees now are sharing the same objectives and future: becoming the next European Champion for Lasers and Laser Solutions.
